Hanni Ali is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Radix ILS, a technology-enabled platform providing partner capital with access to reinsurance returns. He has worked in the reinsurance industry since 2008, combining his background in mathematics, physics, and technology with deep expertise in underwriting, risk, capital, and portfolio management across rated balance sheet and ILS strategies.

Prior to founding Radix, Hanni was Group Head of ILS and Sustainability at Hamilton Insurance Group and previously held risk and technology roles at Allied World and Montpelier Re. He holds a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
