Ghislain is a Director with Aon Cayman, leading a number of Cayman P&C and Life Reinsurance B(iii)s, having quarterbacked the establishment process of most of them. Over the last 7 years, Ghislainand his colleagues have overseen the formation, establishment and maintaining on-going management of over 35 Cayman B(iii) Reinsurance entities in Cayman, ranging from monoline single treaty MGA backed entities, to complex commercial reinsurers across both P&C and Life. Ghislain has spent thirteen years with Aon Cayman having worked his way through every role level from an account manager through to Director as of 2021. Prior to Aon he spent four and half years with KPMG across South Africa and Cayman Islands. Ghislain is a Chartered Accountant from South Africa
