Christina Lucas is the Global Market Leader for Insurance at Google Cloud, where she leads the strategy for digital transformation and enterprise optimization. As a forward-thinking advisor to global (re)insurers, she focuses on designing future-state architectures that accelerate growth through cloud technology and AI. Her work facilitates the industry’s shift toward AI-driven efficiency and seamless data exchange by aligning infrastructure with long-term digital strategy.

With an extensive background in complex global markets, Christina has led teams in Germany, Brazil, Japan, and Bulgaria. This international perspective allows her to translate emerging technology trends into actionable strategies for diverse financial services landscapes.

Prior to Google, Christina served as President of Envista Forensics and held senior executive roles at AIG, including Global Head of Claims Business Performance. At Guidewire Software, she was the go-to-market leader, engaging directly with customers to solution for the future of the industry.

Christina holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and a Master of Information Technology from American Intercontinental University. She serves on the Board of Directors for SERVPRO and the America for Bulgaria Foundation, and is an active member of the Advisory Committees for NAAIA New York and the International Brokers Association of New York.
