In his role as chair of CIRCA’s Marketing Committee, Steve is charged with advocating and educating on behalf of the Cayman Island’s Reinsurance industry. Where CIRCA is the voice of the industry, the Marketing Committee is the microphone that ensures that voice is amplified internationally and within our shores.
