Based in Charlottesville, VA, Tim authors the annual US Insurance Investments Market Report, annual white papers providing forecasts and benchmarking for the US Property and Casualty and Life and Annuity sectors and various other thought leadership on key industry trends across North America. He is also responsible for periodic research analyzing insurance M&A, investing trends, commercial real estate investments and asset quality, and the expansion of asset intensive reinsurance.

In his role as sector strategist, Tim focuses on customer and public engagement, identifying themes and market-shaping developments in the areas of investments, underwriting, capital management and regulation to enhance the delivery of data and research through the S&P Capital IQ Pro platform.
