Matt serves on the Board of Directors for Grant Thornton and is the Global Insurance Practice leader for Grant Thornton. Matt maintains offices in both New York City and Philadelphia. Matt also serves on the Global Business Consulting Leadership team for Grant Thornton International. 

Over Matt’s career he has worked in the United States, London, Bermuda and Germany working with Global Insurance Companies and Monetary Authorities.  He has specialized in the Insurance sector and has maintained a concentration in the P&C, Life and Health Insurance lines.  Matt has served a select group of leading US and international insurers.

Today, Matt oversees the  firms go to market strategy for the Insurance sector which includes the creation of industry centric solutions, related service delivery teams and quality execution for our global accounts.

Matt brings a breadth of experience in the transformation landscape for the Insurance sector. He has in depth knowledge of the shifting landscape impacting the finance function specifically related to advancements in related technology. Matt’s career experiences provide our clients a balanced knowledge set in both the functional and technical components related to process and system reengineering.

Matt sits on the board for the Society of Insurance Financial Management (SIFM) which consists of global CFO’s and professional service Partners focused on finance in the insurance sector.

Matt was named to the 2023 Top 25 Insurance Consultants for Consulting Magazine.

Matt received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Widener University.

Matt is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
