Lesley Thompson is the Managing Director for WTW in the Cayman Islands and is the past Chair of the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC). Lesley has over thirty years professional international experience of which the past twenty five years, Lesley has been focused on the (re)insurance and structured finance sectors for multiple offshore and onshore jurisdictions. 

Lesley has established a proven record of excellent client service, compliance and regulatory relationships, generating and building connections, managing projects from concept to completion, creative problem solving and designing business strategies. Lesley is experienced in all stages of the life cycle of companies, from concept through execution, ongoing strategic reviews through liquidation.

Lesley also has a passion for education and developing new talent and she is actively involved with several educational and mentorship programs with a focus on developing the Next Gen of talent for the (re)insurance industry.

Lesley is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Fellow of Captive Insurance, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, an Accredited Director and since 2006 has been approved by various regulatory bodies to act as a Director for licensed entities.
