Jeremy Trader is the Chief Actuary at Knighthead Annuity & Life Assurance Company, a Class D-licensed entity in the Cayman Islands founded in 2014. Prior to joining Knighthead and moving from Canada to Cayman in 2022, Jeremy held a variety of roles across Great-West LifeCo and Grant Thornton. These roles encompassed the full spectrum of core actuarial functions like reinsurance, pricing, valuation, in-force product management, and ALM, and leading critical business initiatives including LICAT and IFRS 17 implementation, as well as driving large-scale legacy platform modernizations and M&A activity. If he had spare time, he would spend it at the beach with his wife & 2 kids.
