She joined the company in 2016 and specialises in large-scale financial services, family office, reinsurance and tech inter-jurisdictional commercial office moves. Jennifer connects businesses with the right commercial space within Dart’s expansive portfolio and facilitates existing tenant growth through office expansion, structuring commercial terms and lease negotiation.  Her strong business development background spans nearly twenty years across real estate, hospitality and publishing industries providing the foundation for her exceptional client service, drive for success and business acumen. She relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2005 from the United Kingdom.
