Derek Stenson is a Partner in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers where he leads the insurance and reinsurance practice. Derek has been an insurance legal practitioner since 2006 and has been practising in the Cayman Islands since 2011. Derek has extensive experience advising a wide range of international financial and insurance institutions on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance law and regulation and he has been consistently ranked as a “Leading Individual” for insurance in Legal 500, with rankings since 2014.
