David has more than 25 years of industry experience and has advised and provided actuarial services to a wide array of clients, including life insurers, reinsurers, law firms, investment banks, and private equity firms.

David specializes in mergers and acquisitions, actuarial transformations, reinsurance, and insurance litigation and arbitration matters.
