Bill is a principal and consulting actuary with the New York office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1989.  Bill works with life insurance companies on a variety of matters, including asset adequacy analysis, valuation, financial reporting, risk-based capital, asset modeling, product development and pricing, and actuarial appraisals for mergers and acquisitions.  He currently and historically has served as appointed/approved actuary in the US, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands.  He is actively involved on various industry professional committees and formerly served on the Board of the Society of Actuaries.
