The CIRCA Social & Outreach Committee hosted nearly 150 attendees at the first installment in the Reinsurance Insights series, June 6th, 2024 at the Camana Bay Cinema.

The event featured a presentation by Suzanne Sadlier who spoke about “A Macro View on Cayman Reinsurance”, which opened the floor for discussions on the current reinsurance landscape and thoughts on where we are headed. Steve Papciak, CIRCA Marketing Committee Chair, followed with a presentation on his Key Takeaways from [Re]Connect, and Owen McLaughlin, CIRCA Social & Outreach Committee Vice Chair served as the event’s Master of Ceremonies.

The event concluded with a Summer Social networking happy hour at Abacus for all attendees and CIRCA members.

The Reinsurance Insights series has been established for professionals at various stages of their careers, presenting local events that introduce different topics in the world of reinsurance. Stay tuned, CIRCA will be announcing details shortly about our next event in the series, scheduled for September.
