Rob is a Director in PwC’s New York office. He advises domestic and international clients on M&A, reinsurance transactions, capital management, asset liability management, investments and hedging strategies for the insurance and reinsurance industries. Rob has 14 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, including consulting and the US business of a leading global insurer.

•Rob advises Clients on analyzing acquisitions and divestitures of life & annuity blocks of business, including pricing of the deals, potential levers for upside, and analysis of asset liability management, hedging, and actuarial assumptions.

•Rob assists Clients with structuring reinsurance transactions, including illustration of asset allocations and associated capital efficiency as part of deal pricing. Moreover, he assists Clients in evaluating different reinsurance structures, create deal pricing models, and analyzing assumptions.

•Rob advises Client in setting up new entities, including business plan modelling, target operating model, documentation and governance.

•Rob also advises clients in understanding various capital regimes including RBC, BSCR, S&P, AM Best BCAR, Fitch Prism and NAIC Group Capital.

•Rob assists Clients with ALM modeling, ALM strategies, ALM policies, real world scenario generation, hedging strategies and metrics. These applications included asset allocation, financial planning and duration & liquidity analysis.

•Rob advises Clients on the investment strategies, including accounting and capital considerations.

Rob graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. In his free time, Rob enjoys the outdoors, triathlon, hiking and trying new restaurants.
