Brittany MacVicar serves as an Associate Director at Cayman Finance, she specializes in advancing the Insurance, Reinsurance, Trust, and Banking sectors, leveraging her deep industry expertise to support the growth and stability of the Cayman Islands’ financial services industry.

With over 13 years of experience in financial services, a decade of which were spent at KPMG – Brittany has built deep expertise across global markets, including the Cayman Islands, the United States, and Bermuda.

Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including insurance, reinsurance, investments, pensions, retail, fast food, and manufacturing, positioning her as a well-rounded and strategic leader.

In her role at Cayman Finance, Brittany is responsible for advocacy, stakeholder collaboration, sector-specific research, and promotional strategies that strengthen the Cayman Islands’ position as a leading international financial centre. She liaises with government bodies, regulatory agencies, industry associations, and financial sector leaders to drive policy development, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance while fostering sustainable industry growth.

She serves as Chairman of the National Youth Commission, where she recently spearheaded the launch of a financial literacy program aimed at supporting individuals aged 14-25. She also serves on several boards, including the Financial Assistance Appeals Tribunal and the Cayman Islands Chamber Pension Plan.
